2. Data Sources and Accuracy

Our data is sourced from public government portals, primarily the Karnataka Sub-Registrar (Kaveri portal) and the Karnataka Stamps and Registration Department. We also accept user-contributed transaction data.

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that the data on PakkaBhav is complete, accurate, or up-to-date. Government records may contain errors, and there may be delays between a transaction occurring and it appearing in our database.

3. User Contributions

If you contribute transaction data to PakkaBhav, you represent that:

PakkaBhav and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
